Update Clink repo URL

Issue Description:

The Release Notes mention Clink, but they reference the mridgers repo which was abandoned years ago.

A year and a half ago, I forked Clink and have made extensive enhancements to it, including fixing support for Win 10 and Win 11, and hundreds of other improvements.

Please consider updating the Clink URL to point at the current official repo: https://github.com/chrisant996/clink.

Martin Ridgers, the original author of Clink, disappeared from the internet in 2018. The last mridgers release of Clink was v0.4.9, released in 2017. The chrisant996 repo has made over 100 releases of Clink in the last year and a half, and is the only fork of Clink to have made any releases -- it is the de facto official Clink now. It would be great to include a pointer to the current Clink, rather than to the old version that no longer even starts successfully on some recent versions of Windows.
