Built-in extensions view should always distribute space between views #125089

I often get this behavior in the built-in extensions view:

The problem is that I never created this layout, and I often want to see the extensions in the first view (Features), so it's veeeeery annoying that I always have to resize the views.

Same for @workspaceUnsupported, this is what I get by default:
