Is it possible to "Attach Visual Studio Code" to a container on remore server while connected with remote ssh extension or this feature only works with local vscode and local docker daemon

The "Attach VSCode" command actually is part of the Remote - Containers extension, so I will transfer this issue there.

That should work. You need to have a folder open with Remote-SSH due to microsoft/vscode#111371.
