I use startupActions to create 2 panes on startup.
This works fine unles "Run this profile as Administrator" is enabled.
Then it looks like the script is not beeing executed (terminal opens with a single pane).
When I start Terminal with right click run as admin it works (2 panes after open).

System: Win11 22H2

crazy idea: if we find the magic value profiles.defaults.elevate: true, we might want to just relaunch the whole terminal elevated, without passing in a profile manually

Team decided we want to write up a mini-spec to answer the question. Something like an addendum to the elevate spec. We just want to make sure we think this through properly.
