Integrate XGBoost support with ONNX-ML #320

Similar to the LightGBM converter integration which integrated Hummingbird into onnxmltools, integrate Hummingbird with the XGBoost converter.

The code will likely look somewhat similar to the LightGBM work (hopefully)... A few lines of changes/adding a flag, then adding tests.
