Desired Outcome

A short description of user journeys which are currently considered to be in scope for the project, and those which are out of scope. What is the minimum we need to do to be able to start discussing the prototype with stakeholders?

Background

To be able to start learning and experimenting we need to find an entry point, something that will help explain the concept, and help us start the discussions with organisations that potentially can use it, and their volunteers.
