I cherry-picked cosmos#4059 which was released as
cosmos/cosmos-sdkv0.34.0.This is the temporary change based on the
developbranch (v0.35.6-internaltag), so that we can upgradepanaceadwith exporting the genesis at the desired height.I'd like to suggest to release this change as
v0.35.7-internal, and release the panacea-corev1.2.6-internalwith this cosmos.Then, we can upgrade the testnet from
v1.2.5-internaltov1.2.6-internal.After all, we can upgrade panacea to
v1.3.0by stopping all nodes at the halt-height.(
v1.3.0will have DID features and the new cosmos-sdkv0.37.14-internal.)
