Running list of things to make the script do:

"all traffic from Pod1 to UDP port 53" -- eg we don't want to specify Pod2 at all, but run the tcpdump on all nodes using Pod1's Source IP and "udp port 53"
Put needed tools into https://github.com/openshift/network-tools images
