request: bypass restrictions

I would like to have an Option to bypass some restrictions, such as max. song length.
For example that admins can add songs, that are longer than the max. length.

That would be a good thing to add. For now you can just set MaxSongDuration = 0 in config.gcfg, but it will allow any user to add songs of any length.
