Carthage support missing. #115

The "carthage" branch is no more available, the instructions in Readme are no more correct.
I tried to use "master" or "development" branch, but the build fails with exit code 65, with Xcode 10.1

Thank you for update. Sorry, carthage don't finish the work successfully, but it complains with the following messages:

Dependency "EthereumABI" has no shared framework schemes for any of the platforms: iOS
Dependency "EthereumAddress" has no shared framework schemes for any of the platforms: iOS
Dependency "scrypt-cryptoswift" has no shared framework schemes for any of the platforms: iOS
Dependency "secp256k1_ios" has no shared framework schemes for any of the platforms: iOS
Dependency "SwiftRLP" has no shared framework schemes for any of the platforms: iOS

@umigliore hi. Added web3swift.framework.zip to 2.1.0 release. You can try it. I hope this will solve your problem

it also not support carthage, and 2.1.0 release not support Xcode10.2 with swift 5
