This PR add extra functionality related to libbi:

New status codes (remote FW update)
Location support (guest access requires invitation_id for OAuth calls)
OAuth token update functionality (as the lifetime of the initial token is 1 hour)
Exposes the 'Charge from grid' property of the libbi object (that can be controlled by a switch from HA)
