Corrupted Save & Restarting Quest

I ended up with a corrupted save due to an app I used and I need to restart a quest. I don’t know how to find the quest in the master editor, even though I’ve searched as many terms as possible. Is there a way to mark the quest as not started? I made too much progress between my forced save and the last auto save to just revert. Trying to restart “A Monstrous Collection V” because the sculpture has disappeared that he wants me to move and I can’t complete the quest.
