This PR introduces a few changes that address issues that arise during the deployment of the web app. For example, the
dashboard.yamlrelative path wasn't working due to how the web application is deployed. I added a helper module which allows us to figure out the absolute path of the notebook directory.For anyone interested, here's a link to the live application: http://hires-cesm-analysis.dokku.projectpythia.org/Interactive_Dashboard (requires UCAR VPN).
