Build the package

  • Re-structure the directory
  • Create 0.1 version
  • Create README of how to install it

Have you considered publishing this package to pip? I have installed it locally, but it would make it easier to share my own analysis if this package could be installed from pip.

Hi @runrunLauren, yes, this ticket is for that. Unfortunately I couldn't find time to finish this yet.
