Description: For quality estimation providers with APIs, the infobox does not link to TMS integrations section.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://machinetranslate.org/modelfront
Infobox does not link to integrations:

Integrations: API integration with any translation management system

Expected behavior:

Show the integrations count and link

Integrations: 3 integrations, API integration with any translation management system
