Bug: Font size in index.md for number in APIs, Integrations, Languages

Description:
The font size of the APIs, Integrations, and Languages numbers is currently smaller than they used to be. This font should be bigger.
Same case with "Community" and "Newsletter".

The size should be h2 or h3.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to machinetranslate.org-
2. See error in home page

Device:

I see the same issue on Firefox 117 and Chrome 116 on Windows 10. Also on my phone browser, Iphone 12, Safari browser.
