Bug: Social icons at not displayed

Description: The social icons at every page's footer is not visible, they are just displayed as ...

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any page from machinetranslate.org
2. Scroll down to the end of the page
3. See error

Expected behavior: Social icons should appear. Else it is not clear what the ellipses stand for.

I was just looking into this, and I couldn't reproduce the issue since the icons are showing up on my end.

I have attached a screenshot.

Can you see the icons if you go to machinetranslate.org?
If I scroll to the bottom of the landing page, I can't see the icons:
