Description: Open Dependabots security alerts cannot be installed

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. On GitHub, go to 'Security'.
  2. Under Vulnerability events on the left menu, click on 'Dependabot'
  3. See the list of open dependabots

Expected behavior: A PR should be created per dependabot. Instead, the system runs into an error: "Dependabot cannot update commonmarker to a non-vulnerable version".
