Update to ORIGAMI-ANALYSE (1.0.2)
What changed in ORIGAMIANALYSE :
Fixes in v1.0.2:
- fixed an issue which occurred during zooming in 1D/2D plots
The issue occurred when you tried to perform horizontal zoom. Occasionally
it would not happen. I accidentally introduced it in 1.0.1... - fixed an issue where incorrect plots were saved when using the 'Document Panel'
- fixed an issue when loading configuration file, some parameters were not set up properly
- fixed a couple of other bugs
New in v1.0.2:
- added a couple of new shortcuts:
- Alt+P now processes and plots a currently selected 2D plot
- Alt+C now combine collision voltages (ORIGAMI method)
- Alt+R now will open the 'Rename' dialog box
- smoothed MS now is added to the 'Document Panel' and can be restored and saved to file
- added link to my YouTube channel where you can view the instructional video(s) on how to use ORIGAMI-MS/ANALYSE
- added a new text box where you can adjust the distance between the colorbar and the 2D plot
- the currently selected RMSD label position is now highlighted with a blue frame (easier to see which is selected)
- when in 'Interactive Output' panel, you can use filter the list using item type (i.e. Show MS...), document title or both
- changed the Interactive Panel around (should be a bit less messy and easier to navigate through!)
- you can now assign set of tools to specific plot type (these are currently not saved once ORIGAMI is closed)
- when zooming in the RMSF plot, the 1D plot is also zoomed in (you have to zoom in the 2D panel, bottom plot)
Known issues:
- The DT-IMS panel still lacks a lot of functions
- The 3D plot can be improved a lot, just need a bit of time to tinker!
- The GUI needs some restructuring
ORIGAMI-MS:
There has been no changes to ORIGAMIMS, so please download it from release 1.0.1.
Video tutorials:
Released first video about how to setup ORIGAMIMS! A couple more are coming in the next few days from the same YouTube channel.
Documentation
Have been pre-occupied with other things but made some changes to the User Guides. They still require a lot of work but hopefully, few things are a little more clear! :)
How to update
If you already have ORIGAMI on your PC, then all you have to do is download the updateFilesOnly_ORIGAMI_ANALYSE_v1.0.2.zip file, extract it and copy the contents to the ORIGAMIANALYSE folder.
If you do now, just download the ORIGAMI_ANALYSE_v1.0.2.zip, unpack it somewhere on your PC and you are good to go! :)
Thanks,
Lukasz
