<h2>Chicken</h2>
<ol>
<li>Cook chicken in 2 1/2 quarts water. Season with salt and pepper. When done and tender shred chicken.
<ul>
<li>1 large chicken or 4 chicken breast</li>
<li>Salt and Pepper to coat chicken</li>
<li>2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes</li>
</ul>
</li>
<h2>Noodles</h2>
<li>Mix following</li>
<ul>
<li>2 1/2C Flour</li>
<li>2 Eggs</li>
<li>1/2tsp Salt</li>
<li>1tsp Cream of Tartar</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Gradually add Milk while mixing dough till you have a dry dough that just comes together.
<ul>
<li>1/2 to 3/4C Milk</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Sprinkle flour on cutting board or counter top. Roll noodle dough very thin, about 1/4 thick. Dust flour
over top if dough is sticky.Cut noodles to desired size.</li>
<li>Add noodles to 2 quarts of boiling chicken broth(use leftover broth from step 1 and add water if neccesary).
Add bouillon cubes and chicken.
<ul>
<li>2 quarts chicken broth(from step 1)</li>
<li>noodles</li>
<li>2 bouillon cubes</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Let Simmer for 15 minutes then add chicken and salt and pepper to taste.</li>
</ol>
<p>Serve over mashed potatoes!</p>
