Setting request timeout #133

It seems that request timeout for running

lokalise2 file download

is currently 700s.

However it seems that normal value here is several seconds, meaning that anything above 60s should be considered failure in our case.

Is there way to lower the timeout to 60s to fail more quickly?

can we please push this? It happens very often that the download timeouts these days.
