[Data Viz] Air pollution related to Harvey hurricane, Texas, USA

Description

Our aim is to analyse and visualise the impact of hurricane Harvey on the Harvey-related air pollution released by chemical plants in Texas. Our objectives are to:

1. Understand the data available
2. Build visualisations that help quickly grab the findings
3. Present the results and what could be further addressed.
