At the time of creation there was no way of encrypting user data (at least to my knowledge).

This was addressed by obfuscating the credentials that get stored locally and among browser instances. Although this does not fix the issue, usernames and passwords won't be available for attackers in clear text.

While this situation is anything but optimal, I currently have no solution to this problem. If you have an idea on how to fix this, feel free to help out!
