验证码窗口不弹出 #65

提示“[CAPTCHA]”，但并不弹出人工输入验证码的窗口。看了一下和之前的issue不一样，之前的issue是能弹出窗口，但是没有验证码图片。我的情况是输入验证码的窗口直接不弹出，同时整个程序就卡在这里（因为没法操作）。
点击验证码网址后，网页上能够正常加载出验证码。

系统：Win11 23H2 22631.3593
程序版本：v6.3.0，v6.2.5也有此问题。

这个验证码的问题不是很好复现，方便的话可以把遇到验证码的网页保存下作为附件放在评论里，我看看如何修复。
