[Templates] Create sample template for Newsletter Email

• We need to create a few sample email templates using react-email so that people can easily pick and use those templates as per their needs. This ticket is for creating a sample email template for the Newsletter Email. People can use this template for sending successful newsletter emails to the receivers. We can use the most used layouts to build some sample templates which users can customize accordingly.
