[Templates] Create sample template for Password Reset Email

• We need to create a few sample email templates using react-email so that people can easily pick and use those templates as per their needs. This ticket is for creating a sample email template for the Password Reset Email. People can use this template for sending the password reset emails to the receivers, for example: "Here is your OTP for the password reset of your account" like this one.

So, for a password reset, we would require two template

1. email with a reset link
2. email with top

I have created a wireframe for an email with a reset link.
