What is the FPS and the CPU usage during a video?

The STM32F769I-Discovery display these performances , find how is this implemented. Chrom-ART seems to be part of the solution.

Note. Chrom-ART <=> DMA2D [Source]

Can be used for CI, playing same video for each functional test and detect the variation in performance due to modifications.
