Issue: Constantly getting "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 413 ()"

SO I've been using langsmith to trace my langgraph agents (typescript sdk). Things were working great, but lately whenever I click on playground to improve the prompts from a trace, and then re try to change the prompts or re rerun the same prompt (which didn't show 413 when it was initially run from langgraph) I keep getting this error as seen in the screenshot. I'm using gtp4o with a couple of images and some text in the prompt. :

And other times, it sends the response but the loader just keeps loading:

how do I fix this? Thanks.

Is there actually a large payload? (with images / multimedia perhaps?)

We'll investigate either way, but if you could either share the run (can send it in to support@langchain.dev if you don't want to share here) or share a code snippet to help us out, we'd greatly appreciate it!
