Similar to Polkadot which multiple runtimes and networks, we needs to have at least 3 runtimes:

Dev
- Solo chain
DevPara
- Parachain
- Should be same as Dev, except with Cumulus
Reynolds
- Parachain
Laminar
- Parachain

Networks:

Turbulence
- Based on Dev runtime
Reynolds
Laminar
Dev
DevPara

ss58 prefix for Reynolds is 9 and for Laminar is 11
