Questions about camera calibration

Can the camera still move after camera calibration? If the camera cannot move, I'm afraid that I won't be able to calibrate the camera well after setting up the experimental platform. Does anyone know about this problem?

I am not 100% to have understood your question, but the calibration step is just to track the relative positions of the cameras in the setup... if you move them while calibrating or after (before recording the experiments) surely the calibration won't be effective...
