Agent Panel Issues

Issue 1:-
With the Agent Login, while commenting anything on the article or category, I am getting this 500 error page

Issue 2:-
While creating the new article, we added the category and clicked on the Publish button on the already added name and description mandatory field details vanished

Issue 3:-
With the admin Login while viewing any ticket I am getting this error alert message it does not show

Issue 4:-
In both the Admin and the Agent Login while the mouse hovers over any ticket that time the ticket sentence-breaking This ticket has normal priority like this and other sentence is breaking
