Build prerequisites

The build of this solution was tested on the following configuration:

• OS: Windows 8.1 Pro

• Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2013 or Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2013

• StyleCop 4.7. See http://stylecop.codeplex.com/

Note that if you do not have StyleCop 4.7 installed on the system the build will fail.
