Cypher grammar compiling should be part of pipeline #1205

Currently after making changes to the Cypher.g4 file, the new grammar changes do not reflect directly to the cypher_parser.cpp file and .g4 file has to be compiled manually for them to reflect.

We should an extra step in our build so that this compilation takes place automatically.
