Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Ubuntu 21.04, trying to use podman as engine
  2. minikube start

logs.txt

get `Error: error inspecting object: no such container minikube`

Looks the same bug as #12679

Indeed it does. I looked for similar issues, but for some reason that one didn't pop out to me.
