Add labels for invalid snapshot objects

Modify the common controller to add a label according to the KEP kubernetes/enhancements#1902.

Note that the controller resyncs every 24 hours, so there may be a delay for the labels to appear. This should be mitigated by the sync on startup of the controller and the informers.
