[feature idea] Allow multiple section themes

The theming opens really nice possibilities so it's somewhat frustrating to have to choose only one section theme for all tiddlers on a given TiddlyWiki instance!

Yes. For instance, using your Numbered theme with the default colour scheme for certain se_type notes, but another one for other notes. Currently, you have to change all se_type notes to the same theme, which is already great but limits the possibilities somewhat.
