I think we can bump numbers for 6-12 people

  • hostel good ratio quality where they can be in one place
  • food
  • ops talent leading cohort
  • ecosystem grants/parachain jobs/funding options

So do we prefer hotels or hostels?

Correct me if I am wrong: get an evaluation for hostels in the area for 15 people for end of September
