• Kourier runs as non-root.

• Fixed envoy “unknown cluster” errors.
• Fixed a situation where a duplicated domain could cause Kourier gateway to stop receiving updates.
• Removed global resync that could cause issues in environments with thousands of knative services.
• The controller reconciliation logic uses multiple threads now.
