Rollback WebView2 update and source visibility option

Rollbacks the WebView2 update since new Edge browser currently doesn't match it.
Adds option to toggle/activate/deactivate scene sources upon channel point redemptions.

Updated WebView2 library version and added recovery code for if the WebView enters an invalid state (helped from here).

• Fixed redemptions able to be redeemed by chat messages
• Fixed threads accessing the same data at the same time
