This is not really an issue, but rather a heads up that I'd been privately working on a full featured NSF to EML, MBOX et PST converter that

• Respects the RT formatting, including inline images of the original Notes Mail
• When converting to PST attempts to re-encrypted encrypted mails (depends en existence of x509 certificates in Outlook corresponding to the desired addresses)

including a zipped binary release built with WinPython 3.4.4 and the latest Py2Exe. I wasn't aware of your code beforehand, so this can't be formulated as a pull request.
