How to Change the Type of Connection with Python and FritzConnection?

I want to Change the Type of Connection with FritzConnection in Python. What is the command to change the connection type and where must the login data for the static IP be entered? Enclosed is a photo where you can see the difference when I read out the information when I am logged in once normally and once via the static IP.

On the second Picture is the GUI from the FritzBox what i want to change with Python.

I have never tried this but suppose that you have to provide all input-arguments according to https://avm.de/fileadmin/user_upload/Global/Service/Schnittstellen/wanpppconnSCPD.pdf, in case the action is allowed at all.

In this case NewEnabled=False (or True) should be the right syntax. To provide all arguments it could be more convenient to provide them as a dictionary for the arguments keyword-parameter.

I'm not a network expert but suppose the key is to understand the meaning of the documentation:

1.18 AddPortMapping
Port mapping entries are only allowed for hosts inside of LAN. Furthermore hosts can only
add port mapping entries for themselves and not for other hosts in the LAN. It is not
intended to allow port mapping entries for the guest network or hosts with IP addresses
routed into WAN.
