Output Mode

It will be great to have output mode.
From the example meanfilter([1,2,3,4], (-1:1,)) will return 4 elements.
Though it is defined as 3 elements window, so it would make sense if it returned [2, 3] as the mean of [1, 2, 3] and [2, 3, 4].
Basically matching valid mode of convolution.
