Problem

I would like to scroll horizontally with shift + mouse wheel.

Proposed Solution

Detect if shift is pressed in onWheel handler and swap dx with dy if it is.

Additional context

This is a standard behaviour on Linux and Windows, but I do not know if special handling is needed for Mac.
