Application for Google Season of Docs has opened. It could be good for us to apply.

Google Season of Docs allows open source organizations to apply for a grant based on their documentation needs. If selected, open source organizations will use their grant to hire a technical writer directly to complete their documentation project.

This issue is to discuss who will be interested in leading an application and the content of such application.

Hi guys!

I've been working on a proposal for GSoD to create user documentation about JupyterLab's accessibility features. The scope for now looks as follows:

• Creation of an accessibility page in JupyterLab documentation inspired by https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editor/accessibility
• Create user-focused documentation that summarizes the state of JupyterLab areas that have been specifically audited. This includes an approachable report on keyboard navigation and 400% zoom audits results.

And as a stretch goal:

• FAQ guide explaining how to develop accessible notebooks.

Once I have a draft ready for open review I can share it here or let me know if you are interested to send it to your emails.
