Add Notebook Jobs and Notebook Job Definitions buttons to the top of the Create Job page #415

Feature request

At the moment, when you create a new job/job definition, the page looks like:

Proposed Solution

It would be nice if this page also had the Notebook Jobs and Notebook Job Definitions buttons included at the top of the page in the same way it is for the default Jupyter-Scheduler page:
