[4.0] [Workflow] Show the actions, defined in the transition in the transitions list view

If you want to see the actions, executed in a transition, you have to edit the transition and visit the action tab.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be a column in the transitions list view where all the actions of the transition are listed. The list can be generated over plugin triggers.
