Favorited collection is not clickable on homepage (boxset not supported)

Describe the bug

I have a favorited collection that is displayed correctly on the Roku home screen. But when I click to enter it, an error occurs "Boxset not supported". I can go to collections and then click on the same favorited collection from that screen and it works fine.

How To Reproduce

1. Favorite a collection
2. Go to home screen
3. Scroll down to 'Favorites'
4. Click on favorited collection
5. Bug occurs

Expected behavior

Display list of items in collection after clicking on the collection

• Is server local or remote? tested both
• Is server connection HTTP or HTTPS? tested both
