STL Issue

Converting GeoTIFF of a DEM using GCS EPSG: 3089 - NAD83 / Kentucky Single Zone (usft) results in an STL with substantial base.

DEM 3D Printing Settings:

Abnormal STL from DEM with GCS EPSG: 3089

Normal STL from DEM with GCS EPSG: 4269

The "invert" box is not checked for either STL. It is as though the STL is converting the NoData value as a higher than normal value compared to the raster data.
