It's currently possible to achieve sync between SuperDirt and Reaktor manually by just by adding a delay block at the end of a rack. Added "EFX-Nano Simple Stereo Delay.ism" block to make this easier.

This is achieved by running the same pattern in both SuperDirt and Reaktor and then increasing the delay time until both patterns play in sync.

Once the offset is set that value can be used for all racks.

A global delay / offset parameter sent with the 'Clock' OSC message would be more convenient.
