Seems ttypescript is deprecated.

I think this is a great project! ttypescript doesn't support TS5.

I'm happy to submit a PR to get the project freshened up for the latest toolchains, updated documentation.

Regarding supporting ts-patch, If someone with more familiarity with ts-patch could give me a rough overview of what changes would be needed, that would help me get started.
